Review(s)
[edit]--KrebMarkt (talk) 20:35, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
I have never edited wikipedia, but isn't it very questionable to use reviews from relatively unknown users on the internet? When I think of critical acclaim, I am thinking of someone who reviews a lot of stuff. As much as I agree with "Solomon" he is just a person with an account on Amazon.com, not a regular critic. The same goes for reviews on anime-planet. There is a loss of integrity for the article if someone can just insert their opinion by quoting themselves from another site. Reviews is meant to give an aggregate of opinions or somewhat lofty source (which Japan Media Arts festival covers just fine). If someone is more used to the standards of wikipedia and agrees, it's probably worth deleting some of this :)

Character Names
[edit]Why is Runge called Lunge in this article? Lunge is not a regular German surname and his business cards, at least in the anime, are clearly labeled Heinrich Runge. Korn (talk) 19:48, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
There is also an issue with Hans Georg Schuwald. The Japanese Romanji and pronunciation in the Anime suggest that his name is Hans George Schubert which are regular German names. If no-one can provide a definitive reference for the English version of the names, I propose to change "Hans Georg Schuwald" to "Hans George Schubert" and "Heinrich Lunge" to "Heinrich Runge". Ozflashman (talk) 12:25, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- Lunge and Hans Georg Schuwald are the official Viz Media names in Monster: The Perfect Edition, which I own and just double checked to make sure. If for some reason you don't believe me you can read the back covers of volumes 4 and 6 in product pictures on Amazon.com. Xfansd (talk) 17:05, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. Can you provide a link to the image of the back cover? Ozflashman (talk) 21:58, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
- Huh, that means you don't believe me. lol Lunge and Schuwald After I made the first reply I saw you can also find both in this ANN review of the original edition. Xfansd (talk) 01:15, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
- Carlsen has an official release of Monster in German. They used "Runge." [1][2] Cloudscream (talk) 07:51, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
